* Rendered process map: Another useful process map to use is the rendered process map. It helps to identify areas for improvement. It provides a comprehensive overview of the current and future market conditions, enabling the team and organization to make better informed decisions that will lead to success.
* Value-Added chain diagram: Sometimes, an employee or team member will need a quick overview of the process. A value-added chain diagram is the solution. This diagram explains the process in a simple way using boxes to show the various steps involved. It provides a quick overview of the process and makes it easy to understand.
